Ingredients
1 lb Large shrimp (peeled, deveined)
1 can (8 oz) Crescent roll dough
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
3 tbsp Butter
1 cup Heavy cream
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
To taste Salt and pepper
For garnish Fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish
- Toss shrimp with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place one shrimp at the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly
- Arrange roll-ups in the prepared dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golde
- While baking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens
- Pour the sauce over the baked roll-ups. Top with shredded mozzarella. Broil for 2 minutes until bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley
Notes
Pat shrimp dry before seasoning to prevent the dough from getting soggy.
