Description

A no-bake Cold Brew Tiramisu Recipe that combines rich, smooth cold brew coffee with creamy mascarpone layers for a refreshing summer dessert.


Ingredients

1 ½ cups Cold brew coffee (strong)
16 oz Mascarpone cheese
1 cup Heavy cream
½ cup Powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
24 pieces Ladyfinger cookies
2 tbsp Cocoa powder (for dusting)


Instructions

  1. Whisk the mascarpone until smooth
  2. Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla together until stiff peaks form
  3. Gently fold the mascarpone into the whipped cream mixture
  4. Dip each ladyfinger quickly (about 1 second) into the cold brew coffee
  5. Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a dish
  6. Spread half of the cream mixture over the ladyfinger layer
  7. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream mixture
  8. Dust generously with cocoa powder
  9. Chill for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, before serving

Notes

Use very cold cold brew for the best flavor.

Dip ladyfingers for just one second to prevent sogginess.

Chill for at least six hours; overnight is even better for flavor melding.

Sift the cocoa powder for an even finish.

Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. Do not freeze.
