Description
A no-bake Cold Brew Tiramisu Recipe that combines rich, smooth cold brew coffee with creamy mascarpone layers for a refreshing summer dessert.
Ingredients

1 ½ cups Cold brew coffee (strong)
16 oz Mascarpone cheese
1 cup Heavy cream
½ cup Powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
24 pieces Ladyfinger cookies
2 tbsp Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Whisk the mascarpone until smooth
- Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla together until stiff peaks form
- Gently fold the mascarpone into the whipped cream mixture
- Dip each ladyfinger quickly (about 1 second) into the cold brew coffee
- Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a dish
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the ladyfinger layer
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream mixture
- Dust generously with cocoa powder
- Chill for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, before serving
Notes
Use very cold cold brew for the best flavor.
Dip ladyfingers for just one second to prevent sogginess.
Chill for at least six hours; overnight is even better for flavor melding.
Sift the cocoa powder for an even finish.
Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. Do not freeze.
