Description

These 5-Ingredient Pepperoni Rolls are a quick, cheesy snack made with refrigerated biscuit dough, pepperoni, mozzarella, marinara, and butter. Perfect for busy weeknights or after-school hunger.

Ingredients

Scale

1 can (16.3 oz) Refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup Pepperoni slices
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
0.5 cup Marinara sauce
2 tablespoons Melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle
  3. Place a few pepperoni slices and a pinch of cheese in the center of each circle
  4. Fold the dough over the filling. Pinch the edges to seal completely
  5. Place the rolls seam-side down on your baking sheet
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. They should turn golden brow
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping

Notes

Seal the dough tightly to prevent cheese leaking.

Don't overfill the rolls.

Use room temperature biscuits for easier handling.

For extra crispiness, brush with garlic butter.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.

Can be frozen unbaked; bake fresh when needed.
