  • Vegetables: Cabbage (shredded) – 3 cups
  • Carrots (julienned) – 1 cup
  • Onion (sliced) – 1 medium
  • Bell Pepper (sliced) – 1 medium
  • Sauce: Worcestershire Sauce – 4 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce (low sodium) – 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Other: Vegetable Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Garnish: Green Onions (chopped)

Instructions

  • 1. Cook yakisoba noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse.
  • 2. Whisk together all sauce ingredients (Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce, Ketchup, Sugar) in a small bowl.
  • 3. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • 4. Add your chosen protein (Chicken Breast, Pork, Shrimp, or Tofu) and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • 5. Remove the protein from the pan.
  • 6. Add onions, carrots, and bell pepper to the hot pan; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • 7. Add the shredded cabbage and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  • 8. Return the cooked protein to the pan.
  • 9. Add the cooked noodles and pour the sauce over everything.
