Ingredients

3 large Green apples
1 large Cucumber
4 stalks Celery
2 cups Kale leaves
1 cup Spinach
1 whole Lemo
1 inch piece Fresh ginger


Instructions

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly
  2. Chop ingredients to fit your juicer chute
  3. Juice the ginger and lemon first
  4. Juice the celery and cucumber
  5. Juice the kale and spinach
  6. Juice the apples last
  7. Stir the juice well
  8. Serve immediately over ice

Notes
