Ingredients
1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
½ cup Butter, softened
½ cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Brown sugar, packed
1 large Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
½ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Mini marshmallows
1 cup Chocolate chips or squares
½ cup Graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a mini muffin ti
- Cream together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs
- Press a rounded tablespoon of dough into each muffin cup, forming a small well
- Bake for 8 minutes
- Remove from oven. Fill each cup with chocolate chips and a few mini marshmallows
- Return to oven for 3-4 minutes, until marshmallows are puffed and golde
- Let cool completely in the pan before removing
Notes
Don't overbake the dough; cups continue cooking as they cool.
Press dough firmly into pan to prevent shrinking.
Line pan with paper liners for easy removal.
Cool completely to set structure.
Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days.
Freeze in single layer for longer storage.
