Description

2 cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup Fresh Raspberries
1 cup Fresh Cherries, pitted and halved
1 ½ cups Watermelon, cubed
2 tablespoons Fresh Mint Leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly. Hull and halve strawberries, pit and halve cherries, and cube watermelo
  2. Gently combine all prepared fruit and raspberries in a large mixing bowl
  3. Drizzle lime juice and optional honey over the fruit
  4. Add chopped mint and toss everything together very gently
  5. Let salad sit for 5-10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld

Notes
