Ingredients
2 cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup Fresh Raspberries
1 cup Fresh Cherries, pitted and halved
1 ½ cups Watermelon, cubed
2 tablespoons Fresh Mint Leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all fruit thoroughly. Hull and halve strawberries, pit and halve cherries, and cube watermelo
- Gently combine all prepared fruit and raspberries in a large mixing bowl
- Drizzle lime juice and optional honey over the fruit
- Add chopped mint and toss everything together very gently
- Let salad sit for 5-10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld
