Description

Quick and easy no-bake peanut butter balls made with creamy peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and a chocolate coating. Perfect for last-minute gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup Creamy peanut butter
½ cup Unsalted butter, softened
2 cups Powdered sugar
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 ½ cups Semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Coconut oil (optional, for smooth coating)

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter and softened butter with a hand mixer until smooth
  2. Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs; stir until a stiff dough forms
  3. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes
  4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray
  5. Freeze the balls for 15 minutes
  6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) until smooth
  7. Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off
  8. Return coated balls to the tray and chill until chocolate sets

Notes

Do not skip chilling steps; cold dough holds its shape better.

Use a fork to dip balls and drain extra chocolate.

Keep hands slightly damp to prevent sticking.

Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
