Ingredients
Scale
1 cup Creamy peanut butter
½ cup Unsalted butter, softened
2 cups Powdered sugar
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 ½ cups Semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Coconut oil (optional, for smooth coating)
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter and softened butter with a hand mixer until smooth
- Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs; stir until a stiff dough forms
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray
- Freeze the balls for 15 minutes
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) until smooth
- Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off
- Return coated balls to the tray and chill until chocolate sets
Notes
Do not skip chilling steps; cold dough holds its shape better.
