0.5 cup Fresh or frozen raspberries
0.5 cup Vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
0.5 cup Milk of choice (dairy, almond, or oat)
0.5 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, starting with the frozen peaches and raspberries
  2. Pour in the yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract. Add honey or maple syrup if using
  3. Blend on high for 45 seconds until completely smooth. Scrape down sides if necessary, then blend again for 10 seconds
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit and avoid over-blending. Add extra frozen fruit or chia seeds if needed.

For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt and plant-based milk; full-fat coconut milk adds creaminess.

Storage: Best fresh, but can be refrigerated in an airtight jar for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking. Do not freeze.
