This Peach Raspberry Vanilla Smoothie is a quick, creamy, and naturally sweet blend that tastes like a milkshake but packs real nutrition. Made with frozen peaches, raspberries, vanilla yogurt, milk, and a touch of vanilla extract, it's perfect for a refreshing breakfast or afternoon treat. Ready in just 5 minutes, it's a family favorite that sneaks in extra fruit and can easily be customized to be dairy-free or vegan.
Ingredients
1 cup Frozen peaches
0.5 cup Fresh or frozen raspberries
0.5 cup Vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
0.5 cup Milk of choice (dairy, almond, or oat)
0.5 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, starting with the frozen peaches and raspberries
- Pour in the yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract. Add honey or maple syrup if using
- Blend on high for 45 seconds until completely smooth. Scrape down sides if necessary, then blend again for 10 seconds
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit and avoid over-blending. Add extra frozen fruit or chia seeds if needed.
For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt and plant-based milk; full-fat coconut milk adds creaminess.
Storage: Best fresh, but can be refrigerated in an airtight jar for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking. Do not freeze.
Variations: Swap raspberries for strawberries or blueberries; add a handful of spinach or a tablespoon of chia seeds for extra nutrients.
