1 medium Yellow onion, finely grated

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, chopped parsley, allspice, salt, and black pepper
- Gently mix the ingredients with your hands until just combined; avoid overmixing

- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
