Ingredients

1 cup Plain Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder (any brand)
4 oz Fat-free cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons Sprinkles (rainbow or funfetti style)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (pure is best)


Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese in a bowl. Let it sit for 10 minutes
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt and protein powder. Stir well
  3. Add the cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth
  4. Fold in the sprinkles gently. Do not overmix
  5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to thicken. Serve immediately
