1 cup Plain Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder (any brand)
4 oz Fat-free cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons Sprinkles (rainbow or funfetti style)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (pure is best)
Instructions

- Combine the Greek yogurt and protein powder. Stir well
- Add the cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth
- Fold in the sprinkles gently. Do not overmix
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes to thicken. Serve immediately
Notes
Always use room temperature cream cheese for better blending.
Do not overmix the batter to prevent a runny dip.
Chill before serving for best texture.
Taste and adjust sweetness to your preference.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Do not freeze.
Stir before serving; add a splash of milk if too thick.
Substitutions: Use dairy-free yogurt and cream cheese for a vegan version; swap honey for agave; use stevia for sugar-free.
