  • Yield: 9 bars (8x8 pan, cut into 9 squares) 1x
  • Diet: Gluten Free

Description

These Healthy Frozen Yogurt Granola Bars are an easy, five-minute prep treat combining creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh berries. Perfect as a guilt-free dessert or quick snack, they are naturally gluten-free (if using certified oats) and customizable with various toppings.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt (full-fat)
3 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (pure)
1 cup Crunchy Granola
0.5 cup Fresh Berries (blueberries or sliced strawberries)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly with a spatula
  4. Sprinkle granola and fresh berries on top, gently pressing them into the yogurt
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid (overnight recommended)
  6. To serve, lift the bars out using parchment paper, slice with a hot knife for clean cuts, and enjoy directly from the freezer

Notes

Use full-fat yogurt for creamiest texture; non-fat may cause iciness.

Always line pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

Do not overmix granola into yogurt; keep a distinct crunchy top layer.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in freezer for up to 2 weeks, with parchment between layers.

For vegan version, use dairy-free yogurt and agave nectar instead of honey.

For nut-free version, choose nut-free granola and skip nut toppings.

Flavored yogurt can be used; reduce added sweetener accordingly.
