Ingredients
2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
1 large Ripe Avocado
2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, fresh
1 stalk Celery, diced
2 tablespoons Red Onion, minced
To taste Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Mash the avocado in a large bowl with a fork until fairly smooth
- Stir in the Greek yogurt and lemon juice
- Add shredded chicken and stir to combine
- Toss in diced celery and minced red onio
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; adjust as needed
- Serve immediately or chill for an hour for deeper flavor
