Ingredients

1 tbsp Olive oil
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
1/4 cup Soy sauce (low sodium)
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
12 tbsp Sriracha
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Water
2 Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
1 tsp Sesame seeds (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. First, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add the ground chicke
  3. Break it apart and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes
  4. Drain any excess fat
  5. Next, stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger
  6. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant
  7. Meanwhile, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sriracha, and sesame oil in a small bowl
  8. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicke
  9. Bring it to a simmer
  10. Then, stir in the cornstarch slurry
  11. Cook for 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicke
  12. Remove from heat
