Notes
Always fully brown your ground chicken for maximum flavor; this is crucial for the Firecracker Ground Chicken Bowls.
Do not overcrowd the pan. If necessary, cook the chicken in batches.
Taste the sauce before adding the cornstarch; adjust sriracha for spice or brown sugar for sweetness.
Use fresh ginger and garlic for the best aroma and taste in your Firecracker Ground Chicken.
Prepare your garnishes and side dishes while the chicken cooks. This makes assembling your Firecracker Ground Chicken Bowls simple and quick.
Store any leftover Firecracker Ground Chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
For best results, store the chicken and rice (or other base) separately.
Reheat the Firecracker Ground Chicken in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until thoroughly warm.
Add a splash of water or chicken broth if the sauce appears too thick.
These Firecracker Ground Chicken Bowls reheat beautifully, making them perfect for meal prep.
