Description

Ingredients

2 ½ cups 1-to-1 Gluten-Free Flour Blend (350g)
1 packet Instant Yeast (7g)
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 ¼ cups Warm Water (300ml)
3 tbsp Olive Oil or Melted Butter
2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
3 large Eggs
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar


Instructions

  1. Whisk warm water, honey, and yeast together in a large bowl. Let sit 5-7 minutes until foamy
  2. Whisk in eggs, oil, and apple cider vinegar until smooth
  3. Add gluten-free flour and salt to wet ingredients. Beat on medium-high for 3 minutes
  4. Transfer batter to greased 9×5 inch loaf pan. Smooth top with wet fingers. Cover and let rise 45-60 minutes until nearly doubled
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake 40-45 minutes until deeply golden and hollow when tapped
  6. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely before slicing

Notes

Use room temperature eggs for better incorporation.

Do not skip the 3-minute mixing time – it develops structure.

Let bread cool completely before slicing to prevent gummy interior.

Store in airtight bag at room temperature for 2-3 days or freeze sliced bread for up to 3 months.
