Description
These Easy French Dip Sliders combine tender roast beef, melty provolone, and buttery Hawaiian rolls, baked to golden perfection and served with warm au jus for dipping. A quick and satisfying weeknight dinner that everyone will love.
Ingredients
12-pack Hawaiian sweet rolls
1 lb deli roast beef, thinly sliced
8 slices provolone cheese (or Swiss)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 packet au jus gravy mix, prepared per box
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Slice entire pack of Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them connected. Place bottom half in a 9×13 baking dish
- Layer roast beef evenly over bottom rolls
- Top beef with provolone cheese slices
- Place top half of rolls onto cheese
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder
- Pour butter mixture evenly over tops of rolls
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes
- Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes, until golde
- While sliders bake, prepare au jus mix according to package directions
- Let sliders rest for 2 minutes. Slice apart and serve warm with au jus for dipping
