Ingredients
3 cups Cooked chicken (shredded)
8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
1 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup Chicken broth
1 1/2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp Garlic powder
To taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, and broth until smooth
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Add shredded chicken and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix well
- Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golde
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
Notes
Always soften cream cheese first to prevent lumps.
Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
