Description

A creamy low carb chicken casserole that wraps you in a warm hug without the carb coma. Made with cream cheese, heavy cream, and chicken, this no-noodle comfort dish is rich, satisfying, and loved by the whole family.


Ingredients

3 cups Cooked chicken (shredded)
8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
1 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup Chicken broth
1 1/2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp Garlic powder
To taste Salt and pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, and broth until smooth
  3. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  4. Add shredded chicken and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix well
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly
  6. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golde
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving

Notes

Always soften cream cheese first to prevent lumps.

Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
