1 cup Long-grain white rice
2 cups Chicken broth
1 cup Heavy cream
68 cloves Fresh garlic
2 tbsp Unsalted butter
2 oz Cream cheese
0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Dried Italian seasoning
To taste Salt and pepper
2 tbsp Fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook the rice: In a medium pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add rice. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-18 minutes. Fluff with a fork
  2. While rice cooks, season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add butter
  3. Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in softened cream cheese. Whisk until smooth and let simmer for 2 minutes
  6. Return chicken to the skillet. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir. Let bubble gently for 2-3 minutes
  7. Assemble bowls: Place a scoop of rice in each bowl, top with creamy garlic chicken and sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Do not overcook the garlic; burnt garlic will taste bitter.
