Ingredients
1 cup Cottage cheese (full fat or 2%)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion powder (optional)
To taste Salt
To taste Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth. No lumps allowed
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well
- Pour small circles of the mixture onto the parchment. Flatten them slightly
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Watch closely
- Let them cool on the sheet for 5 minutes. They will crisp up as they cool
- Enjoy immediately
Notes
Blending is the secret – do not skip blending the cottage cheese, or chips will be lumpy.
Spread circles thin for maximum crunch. Do not overcrowd the baking sheet.
Use a silicone mat for easiest removal.
Ovens vary – check at the 20-minute mark.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Do not refrigerate.
To recrisp, bake at 300°F for 3 minutes.
