Crunchy, savory, and packed with protein, these cottage cheese chips are a healthy snack that satisfies your 3 PM slump. Made with just a few ingredients and baked to golden perfection, they feel like a cheat meal but are guilt-free. Perfect on their own or with dips.


Ingredients

1 cup Cottage cheese (full fat or 2%)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion powder (optional)
To taste Salt
To taste Black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth. No lumps allowed
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well
  4. Pour small circles of the mixture onto the parchment. Flatten them slightly
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Watch closely
  6. Let them cool on the sheet for 5 minutes. They will crisp up as they cool
  7. Enjoy immediately

Notes

Blending is the secret – do not skip blending the cottage cheese, or chips will be lumpy.

Spread circles thin for maximum crunch. Do not overcrowd the baking sheet.

Use a silicone mat for easiest removal.

Ovens vary – check at the 20-minute mark.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Do not refrigerate.

To recrisp, bake at 300°F for 3 minutes.
