Ingredients
1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 Bell peppers (assorted colors), sliced
1 Large onion, sliced
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Ground cumi
1 tsp Garlic powder
To taste Salt & pepper
8 Flour tortillas
As desired Optional toppings (sour cream, salsa, cheese)
Instructions
- Slice chicken into thin strips. Toss with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips. Cook 5–7 minutes until golden. Remove chicken and set aside
- In the same skillet, add sliced peppers and onion. Cook 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp
- Return chicken to the skillet. Stir everything together for 1 minute. Warm your tortillas
- Fill tortillas with the mixture. Add your favorite toppings. Serve immediately
