Ingredients
2 large Russet potatoes
1 ½ tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
½ teaspoon Paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and scrub potatoes. Cut into 1-inch cubes. Soak in cold water for 15 minutes. Drain and dry thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel
- In a large bowl, toss dry potatoes with olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using)
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange potatoes in a single layer without overcrowding. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through. Increase temperature to 425°F and cook for 5 more minutes until golden and crispy
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch
