Description
A quick, no-bake, high-protein edible cookie dough snack made with almond butter, oat flour, and vanilla protein powder. Perfect for busy afternoons, post-workout, or a guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients
1/3 cup Almond butter
1/2 cup Oat flour
1 scoop (30g) Vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
1–2 tablespoons Milk (any kind)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth
- Add oat flour and vanilla protein powder. Stir slowly until mixture becomes crumbly
- Add 1 tablespoon of milk and continue stirring. If dough is too dry, add the second tablespoon of milk
- Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed
- Serve immediately with a spoon or roll into small bite-sized balls. For a firmer texture, chill for 10 minutes before serving
Notes
For a vegan version, use dairy-free milk and ensure protein powder is plant-based.
Substitute almond butter with peanut or cashew butter.
If dough is too sticky, add a bit more oat flour. If too dry, add milk drop by drop.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
