Description

A quick and easy 30-minute garlic bread made with Greek yogurt for a tangy, creamy, and crispy twist. Perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

1 large loaf French Baguette (or Italian bread)
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (full fat or 2%)
4 tablespoons Salted Butter (softened)
4 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
To taste Salt & Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette in half lengthwise
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, parsley, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth
  3. Spread the mixture generously onto both cut sides of the bread
  4. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the top is golden brow
  5. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm immediately

Notes

For a dairy-free option, use dairy-free butter and thick plant-based yogurt.

Add extra shredded mozzarella on top before baking for a cheesy version.

Mix in dried oregano or basil for a Mediterranean twist.

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.

Do not overmix the spread to keep it fluffy.

Bake on the top rack for a crispy top.

Store leftovers wrapped in foil in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
