A quick and easy 30-minute garlic bread made with Greek yogurt for a tangy, creamy, and crispy twist. Perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
1 large loaf French Baguette (or Italian bread)
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (full fat or 2%)
4 tablespoons Salted Butter (softened)
4 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
To taste Salt & Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette in half lengthwise
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, parsley, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth
- Spread the mixture generously onto both cut sides of the bread
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the top is golden brow
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm immediately
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use dairy-free butter and thick plant-based yogurt.
Add extra shredded mozzarella on top before baking for a cheesy version.
Mix in dried oregano or basil for a Mediterranean twist.
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
Do not overmix the spread to keep it fluffy.
Bake on the top rack for a crispy top.
Store leftovers wrapped in foil in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
