These 3 ingredient no bake peanut butter granola bars are a quick, healthy snack made with creamy peanut butter, honey, and old-fashioned rolled oats. No oven needed, ready in minutes, and perfect for after-school hunger, breakfast, or lunch boxes.
Ingredients
1 cup Creamy peanut butter
½ cup Honey
2 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper
- Warm the peanut butter and honey in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth
- Remove from heat and fold in the oats until well combined
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan using a flat glass or measuring cup
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (1 hour for best texture)
- Cut into bars and serve
Notes
Use room temperature peanut butter for easier mixing.
Press mixture very hard to prevent crumbling.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze up to 3 months.
Substitute honey with maple syrup or use crunchy peanut butter for texture.
