Flavor-packed vegan honey mustard tofu wraps with crispy baked tofu, fresh veggies, and a tangy-sweet plant-based honey mustard sauce perfect for an easy lunch or dinner.

- 1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- Optional: avocado slices
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (205ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Toss tofu cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Spread tofu evenly on baking sheet and bake for 25โ30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- 4. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar.
- 5. Warm tortillas slightly.
- 6. Assemble wraps by adding tofu, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and avocado if using.
- 7. Drizzle generously with vegan honey mustard sauce.
- 8. Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
- Pan-fry the tofu instead of baking for extra crispiness.
- The sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
