- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 12 oz spaghetti
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions

- 2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- 3. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute to deepen flavor.
- 4. Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- 5. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 20โ30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain.
- 7. Serve Bolognese sauce over spaghetti, topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
Notes
- For extra richness, add a splash of red wine when simmering the sauce.
- This sauce freezes well โ make a double batch and store leftovers for busy nights.
- You can substitute ground turkey, chicken, or a plant-based mince for a lighter variation.
