- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp butter, melted

- For the cheesecake filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- For the strawberry crunch topping:
- 1 cup Golden Oreos, crushed
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- ย
- Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- 2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush tortillas with melted butter and coat in cinnamon sugar.
- 3. Flip a muffin tin upside-down and drape tortillas between the cups to form taco shells.
- 4. Bake for 8โ10 minutes until crisp and golden. Let cool completely.
- 5. For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
- 6. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- 7. For the strawberry crunch topping, combine crushed Golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter.
- 8. Pipe or spoon cheesecake filling into each cooled taco shell.
- 9. Add strawberry crunch topping and garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
- 10. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
Notes
- To prevent soggy shells, fill tacos right before serving.
- You can swap freeze-dried strawberries for strawberry gelatin powder if preferred.
