A homemade version of the classic Salad Supreme seasoning a zesty, tangy, and savory blend perfect for pasta salads, green salads, roasted vegetables, or as a general seasoning mix.
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (shelf-stable or dry)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar (optional for balance)
Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until evenly mixed.
- 2. Transfer to an airtight jar or spice container.
- 3. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 2 months.
- 4. Shake well before each use and sprinkle over salads, pasta dishes, or vegetables.
Notes
- Use dry grated Parmesan for best shelf life.
- Adjust cayenne to taste for heat.
