Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30), crushed
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese.
- 3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- 4. In a separate bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
- 5. Sprinkle cracker topping evenly over the casserole.
- 6. Bake for 25โ30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- 7. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- Great way to use leftover rotisserie chicken.
- Add steamed broccoli, peas, or cooked rice to make it heartier.
- Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated before baking. Add 5โ10 minutes to bake time if chilled.
