Ingredients
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
For the filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 (3.3 oz) package white chocolate instant pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
Optional toppings: white chocolate shavings, fresh berries, extra whipped cream
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish or 8×8 baking pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
3. Add vanilla extract and white chocolate pudding mix. Gradually beat in milk until fully combined and slightly thickened.
4. Fold in whipped topping until mixture is light and fluffy.
5. Spread filling evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top.
6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
7. Top with white chocolate curls or berries before serving.
Notes
Use a chocolate cookie crust for a rich twist.
Make individual servings in jars or cups for parties.
Leftovers should be stored chilled and consumed within 3–4 days.
