- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (205ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and crushed pretzels mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat evenly with pretzel mixture.
- 4. Place chicken on the baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- 5. Bake for 20โ25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crust is golden.
- 6. While chicken bakes, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 7. Add milk and Dijon mustard and heat gently.
