Description
Quick and kid-friendly pizza roll-ups made with tortillas, gooey mozzarella, and your favorite toppings, ready in minutes for snacks, lunches, or easy dinners.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20โ24 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Olive oil or melted butter for brushing
- Optional: grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes, extra sauce for dipping
Instructions
- 1. Lay tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each one.
- 2. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
- 3. Add pepperoni slices and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
- 4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a long log.
- 5. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
- 6. Place the roll-ups seam-side down in an air fryer or on a baking sheet.
- 7. Air fry at 375ยฐF for 6โ8 minutes OR bake at 400ยฐF for 10โ12 minutes, until golden and crisp.
- 8. Let cool slightly, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- 9. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Substitute pepperoni for veggies, cooked sausage, or turkey pepperoni.
- Use low-carb or gluten-free tortillas if desired.
- These reheat well in an air fryer for a quick snack.
