  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20โ€“24 slices pepperoni

  • Olive oil or melted butter for brushing
  • Optional: grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes, extra sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • 1. Lay tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each one.
  • 2. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
  • 3. Add pepperoni slices and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
  • 4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a long log.
  • 5. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
  • 6. Place the roll-ups seam-side down in an air fryer or on a baking sheet.
