Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch or similar baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine drained pineapple chunks and crushed pineapple.
- 3. Add sugar and flour, and mix until evenly coated.
- 4. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
- 5. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- 6. In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter until crumbly.
- 7. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the pineapple.
- 8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
