1 prepared pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup garlic cream sauce or ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced dill pickles (patted dry)
1/4 cup sliced red onions (optional)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Chopped fresh dill for garnish
Olive oil for brushing crust
Instructions

2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
3. Spread garlic cream sauce or ranch evenly over the dough.
4. Top with mozzarella cheese, then arrange pickle slices evenly over the top.
5. Add red onions if using, and sprinkle with oregano.

Notes
Dry pickle slices with paper towels before adding to avoid a soggy crust.
Try bread-and-butter pickles for a sweeter twist.
Add crumbled bacon or cheddar cheese for extra indulgence.
