Description
A simple, no-bake peanut butter fudge recipe made with just two main ingredients—creamy peanut butter and store-bought frosting. Perfect for quick treats and holiday gifting.
Ingredients
1 (16 oz) container vanilla or cream cheese frosting
1 cup creamy peanut butter
Optional toppings: crushed peanuts, sea salt, mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Scoop the entire container of frosting into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
3. Add peanut butter to the bowl and microwave for another 30 seconds.
4. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
5. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
6. Sprinkle with optional toppings if desired.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
8. Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Use chocolate frosting for a peanut butter cup-style fudge.
Stores well in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Can be frozen up to 3 months in an airtight container.
