A copycat recipe of LongHorn Steakhouse’s Parmesan Crusted Chicken juicy grilled chicken breasts topped with a creamy ranch spread, crispy Parmesan crust, and melted cheese for a flavorful and indulgent entrée.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For ranch spread:
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- For Parmesan crust:
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Transfer to a baking dish.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese. Spread evenly over each chicken breast.
- 4. In another bowl, combine panko, mozzarella, Parmesan, butter, and Italian seasoning.
- 5. Top chicken with the Parmesan crust mixture, pressing it gently to stick.
- 6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F and the topping is golden and bubbly.
- 7. Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
- 8. Let rest a few minutes before serving.

- Serve with mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, or a crisp salad.
- You can grill the chicken fully before topping and broiling if preferred.
- Use fresh Parmesan and panko for the best texture and flavor.
