- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (205ยฐC) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- 2. Pat chicken breasts dry and arrange them in the prepared dish.
- 3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- 5. In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
- 6. Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture generously over the chicken, pressing lightly to adhere.
- 7. Bake uncovered for 25โ30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden.
- 8. Broil for 2โ3 minutes if needed for extra crispiness.
- 9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
