- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and oregano.
- 4. Rub seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
- 5. Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
- 6. Bake for 18โ22 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
- 7. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
