Ingredients
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 oz) jar diced pimentos, drained
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1–2 teaspoons pickle juice or hot sauce for extra flavor
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and diced pimentos.
2. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Add a splash of pickle juice or hot sauce if desired for a tangy or spicy kick.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
6. Serve as a spread for crackers, sandwiches, or celery sticks.
Notes
For the best texture, hand-shred your cheese instead of using pre-shredded.
