Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1–2 minutes.
4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
5. Add Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
6. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
7. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet with the sauce.
8. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
9. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
Add spinach or mushrooms to the sauce for extra depth.
