Instructions

- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- 3. In another bowl, mix applesauce, honey, egg, almond milk, and vanilla.
- 4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- 5. Fold in diced apple gently.
- 6. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
- 7. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- 8. Let muffins cool slightly before serving.
