1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

2. Strain the lavender syrup through a fine mesh sieve and set aside.
3. Steam or heat the oat milk until hot and frothy.
4. Pour the espresso or coffee into a mug.
5. Add 1–2 teaspoons of lavender syrup, or to taste.
6. Top with steamed oat milk and gently stir.
7. Garnish with a pinch of lavender buds if desired and serve warm.
Notes
You can prepare extra lavender syrup and store it in the fridge for up to a week.
For an iced version, use cold brew coffee and chilled oat milk over ice.
Use a milk frother or blender for extra foam on top.
