- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 3–4 jalapeños, sliced (seeded for less heat)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Olive oil for brushing
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- 2. Roll or stretch pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
- 3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- 4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- 5. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the sauce.
- 6. Top with sliced jalapeños and crumbled bacon.
- 7. Transfer pizza to the hot stone or baking sheet.
- 8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- 9. Remove from oven, garnish with green onions if desired, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use pickled jalapeños for a tangier flavor.
- For extra heat, drizzle with hot sauce or add crushed red pepper flakes.
