Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- 2. Prepare the chocolate cake batter according to package directions.
- 3. Pour the cake batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- 4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- 5. Carefully spread the ricotta mixture over the cake batter.
- 6. Bake until the cake is set and the top is lightly golden.
- 7. Remove from oven and allow the cake to cool completely.
- 8. Whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- 9. Fold whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
