Description
A lighter version of the classic buffalo chicken dip this healthy recipe uses Greek yogurt and light cream cheese while keeping all the spicy, creamy flavor you love.

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, light cream cheese, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, blue cheese (if using), and garlic powder until well combined.
- 3. Fold in the shredded chicken.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and spread evenly.
- 5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- 6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm with veggie sticks, whole grain crackers, or tortilla chips.
Notes
- For extra protein, use all Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese.
- To make it dairy-free, use plant-based yogurt, cream cheese, and cheese alternatives.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated as needed.
