to taste Black Pepper
0.5 cup Mayonnaise
0.25 cup Sour Cream
3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
0.5 tsp Dried Dill
2 tbsp Water

Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts into 1-inch thick pieces. In a bowl, toss chicken with 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, dill (if using), salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the sauce reaches desired consistency. Set aside
- Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high. Grill chicken for 3-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and no longer pink
- While chicken grills, toss broccoli florets with remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper. You can grill the broccoli alongside the chicken until tender-crisp, or roast it in the oven at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for 10-15 minutes
- Divide the grilled chicken and broccoli among serving bowls. Drizzle generously with the Creamy Garlic Sauce. Enjoy your delicious Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Bowls with Creamy Garlic Sauce!
Notes
Always pat your chicken dry before seasoning to achieve a better sear.
Do not overcrowd your grill pan or grill; cook in batches if necessary for even cooking.
For an extra flavor boost, marinate the chicken for 20-30 minutes before grilling.
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, keeping the sauce separate to prevent sogginess.
Feel free to use chicken thighs instead of breasts, or swap broccoli for asparagus, bell peppers, or zucchini. Greek yogurt works wonderfully as a lighter alternative to sour cream in the sauce.
