- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or your choice)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: chopped parsley and red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5โ7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sautรฉ for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in uncooked pasta and Italian seasoning.
- 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10โ12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente.
- 6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cooked chicken. Mix until the cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
- 7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
- 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Swap heavy cream for half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra veggies.
