4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or breasts)

1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved

3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish or sheet pan.

2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
