  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • 1. Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and black pepper.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 3. Add steaks and sear 3โ€“4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  • 4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic to the skillet. Sautรฉ until fragrant.

  • 6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until sauce thickens.
  • 7. Return steaks to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
