Juicy pan-seared steak finished with rich garlic butter and topped with a luxurious parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1. Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and black pepper.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3. Add steaks and sear 3โ4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
- 4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic to the skillet. Sautรฉ until fragrant.
- 5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2โ3 minutes.
- 6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until sauce thickens.
- 7. Return steaks to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
- 8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
- Pair with roasted vegetables or mashed cauliflower for a complete meal.
