- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vegetable oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- 2. Place chicken breasts in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken.
- 3. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- 4. Preheat grill to medium heat or oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- 5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess liquid.
- 6. Grill chicken for 6โ7 minutes per side, or bake for 25โ30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
- 7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
